Urban Terror keybinds

Here is a file I had on my Gdrive with keybinds . Its got most of the defaults, you might want to change the jump/crouch or some of your weapon selecttions etc. But there are two things this file will provide
  1. Demo viewing controls. These set the PgUp and PgDn keys to control the replay speed, and the other keys home/insert/del to enable and disable r_shownormals. This will help TREMEDOUSLY in determining if a player is cheating.

  2. Team play notifications. These use the arrow keys and the numbpad keys to try and make it intuitive to tell all your teammates where the enemy is, where they need to go etc.
